Getting a Loan/ Loan Repayment

Procedure of Getting Mortgage Finance for Sunset Paradise Apartments Purchases:

  1. Get letter of offer signed by both parties
  2. Obtain letter of offer from developer and pay of 20% of purchase price  
  3. On payment, the advocate will issue you with a sale agreement
  4. Take the sale agreement and 20% payment receipt any bank including HFCK, Savings & Loan, KCB Bank, Bank of Africa, Barclays Bank, Equity Bank or even your bank and they will definitely give you a mortgage for your apartment.  They know us!
